Our highly experienced instructor will give you a ground briefing about your flight and what you will enjoy. They will explain how to fly a glider, covering such things as Effect of Controls and the sought of things a glider pilot is thinking about and doing during a flight. This will include how glider pilots use the weather and in particular the thermal conditions it creates to allow us to stay aloft without a motor and soar just like a bird. You will be invited to fly the glider yourself for as long or as little you would enjoy.
